A few months ago I decided to go to a third party to manage my property. Ziprent was recommended to me by a friend that had used it previously, so decided to give it a shot. I recently faced the daunting task of moving across the country and trying to find a rental sight unseen in a competitive housing market. Working with individual landlords and real estate agents was not proving fruitful - spotty contact, terrible photos, and fear of getting scammed defined my search. When I came across a Ziprent rental property I was immediately interested - the listing had beautiful and clear photos of the rental so I felt like I was able to get a good feel for the unit, there were clear instructions for how to schedule an in-person viewing (though I couldn't do it due to location, the process was online and seemed seamless), and when I called to ask a question the staff answered quite quickly and were very pleasant! The application process was relatively seamless, when a problem with my offer letter came up, they contacted me immediately to help me get the correct documentation. We heard back a few days later that we were chosen for the unit and it was very easy to virtually sign the lease and manage the deposit/rent payment on an online portal. The house did not disappoint once we arrived! There was one minor repair needed and it was insane how good the response was - we simply sent an email describing the issue, someone responded promptly saying they were on it, and the issue was fixed pretty much the next day. I would highly recommend renting with Ziprent!
