After calling in and vetting them out, we had all our questions answered and felt good about giving our property to Ziprent to manage. It helped of course that our friends, who moved to Boston, highly recommended them too.

The whole process from listing to getting our tenants moved in was very smooth. I appreciate the responsiveness and ease of getting someone to live on the phone whenever I needed.

We had one prospective tenant try to low-ball us and ask all kinds of ridiculous demands. It was a bit difficult to handle because we were essentially communicating with the difficult prospect through a 3rd party mediator. So not as efficient as possible, but I guess that's the case when both sides have lots of questions for each other. Other than that, we highly recommend Ziprent to everyone who asks.
